A powerful experience full of worship, teaching, fun activities, and deep connection with God and each other.

📍 Departure Details

Youth:

• Arrive at Christian Faith Church by 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 5

• Transportation is arranged — all youth are assigned to carpools

Leaders & Volunteers:

• Arrive at 9:00 AM to help load food and supplies

• Drivers:

• Save gas receipts for reimbursement (write your name on the back and give to Alex)

• Solo drivers (not carpooling) will not be reimbursed

📝 Required Medical Form

All participants (youth, leaders, and volunteers) must complete the Pilot Lake Medical Release Form.

• Submit online or print, fill, and return to a youth leader if needed

🎒 Packing List

• Bible & notebook

• Sleeping bag & pillow

• Towel & toiletries

• Clothes for 4 days (modest, weather-appropriate)

• Swimwear (modest)

• Closed-toe shoes (for games & hikes)

• Sunscreen & bug spray

• Flashlight

• Reusable water bottle

• Any personal medication (notify leaders if needed)
